About the Author/作者介绍: Najat Kanaache worked with the greatest chefs in some of the best restaurants of the world, like Noma and El Bulli. In the medina of Fez she now runs her own restaurant NUR, which has been awarded the World’s Best Moroccan Cuisine for two years in a row.
